Weekly planning
Organize recurring pool service routes
Chisel Tide brings recurring route templates, daily routes, and technician assignments into one operations workflow.
One connected workday
Visit complete · Report ready
Next stop · Weekly service
Start with the real problem
Weekly stops live in several calendars, and a change is difficult to communicate.
Separate the normal weekly plan from today’s exceptions. A technician covering one absence should not accidentally inherit that route forever. Likewise, a permanent service-day change needs to reach future weeks, not only today’s list.
A practical first step
Build a workflow
your team can trust.
Tide supports weekly route templates, daily route views, technician assignment, and stop-order optimization. Daily routes show stop status and a map alongside the technician list.
List service commitments
For each property, confirm frequency, preferred days, location, and estimated service time. Mark preferences separately from firm customer commitments.
Build the recurring plan
Group nearby work and check technician capacity. Leave room for the time spent at the pool as well as driving. Review the plan with the people who will execute it.
Manage daily exceptions deliberately
Record which changes apply only today and which should change the recurring template. Review unfinished stops at the end of the day and decide what happens next.
Keep the conversation going
A starting point
for your assistant.
Our pool company is struggling with weekly route changes. Help me evaluate Tide and identify the customer and technician information we need before planning routes.
Chat setup is in preview. Availability depends on your assistant and the Tide connection. You can also create your account on this page when signup is available.
Will chat setup schedule next week’s visits?
No. It prepares the records you need to start. Recurring plans and route assignments are configured in Tide afterward.
What chat setup includes
Chat onboarding prepares the company, team, and service addresses. It does not create routes, promise an optimized schedule, or assign service days. Configure those after claiming the account.
What to measure in your pilot
Compare unfinished stops, manual reassignment time, and driving time on comparable weeks. Weather, distance, and service mix can affect results; no savings percentage is guaranteed.
