Customer records
Keep pool customers and service properties organized
Chisel Tide keeps customer records and their service properties together, giving your office and field team a shared place to work.
Today’s service
All is good.
Skimmed. Brushed. Balanced.
back-and-forth.
Start with the real problem
Customer details are scattered across spreadsheets, texts, and your memory.
Start by distinguishing who pays from where work happens. A homeowner with two houses is one customer with two properties. A property manager can represent several service locations. Flattening those relationships into a list of names makes scheduling and handoffs harder.
A practical first step
Build a workflow
your team can trust.
Tide provides customer records, properties, property contacts, and service plans. Customer search and status filters help the office find the right account. Multiple properties can remain under one customer.
Separate customers from locations
Make one customer record for each billing relationship. List every service address beneath the correct customer. Count customers and properties separately before moving data.
Resolve uncertainty before import
Flag matching names, shared emails, and incomplete addresses. Ask the owner which records belong together instead of silently merging them. Keep cancelled accounts separate from the active service list.
Review a small, representative sample
Include a residential customer and a customer with more than one property. Confirm names, addresses, and counts before adding the rest of the list.
Keep the conversation going
A starting point
for your assistant.
Help me evaluate Chisel Tide for organizing my pool customers. I have residential customers and a property manager with several service addresses.
Chat setup is in preview. Availability depends on your assistant and the Tide connection. You can also create your account on this page when signup is available.
Can one customer have several pools or service addresses?
Yes. Tide separates customers, properties, and pools. The chat setup creates customers and properties; detailed pool and equipment configuration happens after signup.
What chat setup includes
Chat setup can prepare customer names, contact details, and multiple service properties. It does not import extra property contacts, historical visits, or payment credentials.
What to measure in your pilot
Check how many customer records have a verified service address and how long it takes the office to find the right property. Compare those measures before and after your pilot.

Your field team
Bring a new pool technician into a shared workflow
Every handoff means more texts, repeated instructions, and calls to the owner.

Organize recurring pool service routes
Weekly stops live in several calendars, and a change is difficult to communicate.
Explore the workflowService records
Answer “Was my pool serviced?” with a visit record
Customers ask what happened at their pool, and the office has to chase the technician.
Explore the workflowOffice follow-up
Give pool-service invoice follow-up a clear process
The owner spends evenings working out which invoices still need attention.

Move your pool customer list out of spreadsheets
You want a shared system, but moving the customer list feels like another project.
