Pricing

Free until you get paid.

Every agent, every playbook, every seat, from one technician to hundreds. Tide earns a small, transparent share of the payments it processes. That's the entire model.

The only plan

$0

/month, forever

How Tide earns: your total payment processing cost on payments made through the platform is just under 3% per transaction, card fees included. Tide's share comes out of that, not on top of it, and that is the whole bill. We only make money when you do. For most businesses it replaces what you're already paying your payments provider today, at the same rate or better, with no subscription, seat, or per-pool fee stacked on top.

  • Every back-office agent

Why is it free?

Because we get paid when you do, not whether or not you do.

Most people are right to be skeptical of “free.” So here is the whole model in one breath: our revenue is a share of the payments you collect. Nothing else. We do not skim a subscription off businesses that are not growing, and we do not meter your seats or your pools. Good month or bad, most software bills the same. Tide only earns when you collect.

Paid on your outcome, with no lock-in

Tide’s revenue is a function of your collections, nothing else. A good month for you is a good month for us; a slow month costs you nothing in software. And there is no annual contract propping any of it up: the product has to earn its place every month.

No meters, no tiers, no gates

No pricing page deciding which features you deserve. One product with everything in it. Hiring a tech, winning a customer, or opening a second location never changes your bill.

Just under 3% all in, and nothing on top

That is your total payment processing cost per transaction, card fees included, not a Tide fee added to them. Tide’s share comes out of that number. Other software charges you the same processing fee, then a subscription, then per-seat or per-pool fees on top. With Tide the processing fee is the whole bill, at the same rate or better than most businesses pay their provider today.

It explains the product

Look at what the agents obsess over: autopay enrollment, a day-3-to-28 collections ladder, payment plans with automatic retry. We built the machinery that gets you paid because getting you paid is our business model.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

What does it cost to start?
Nothing. No setup fee, no implementation package, no onboarding invoice. Import your data and go.
Why is Tide free?
Because our business model is tied to your outcomes. Tide earns a share of the payments you collect and nothing else, so we only make money when you do. We would rather grow with your business than skim a subscription off it whether or not it is growing.
So what's the catch?
The fee is payment processing: just under 3% per transaction all in, card fees included, which is what every business already pays some processor today. Tide’s share comes out of that number, not on top of it. There is no subscription underneath it, no per-seat or per-pool meter, and no contract holding you in place.
One truck or a hundred: same deal?
Same software, same price: free. Seats, techs, customers, and locations never change your bill, because there isn’t one.
What if I stop using Tide?
Leave whenever you like. Your data is yours, and there’s no contract to buy out.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There is no annual contract and no minimum term. Tide has to earn its place every month, which is exactly how we want it.
Do you charge per pool or per technician?
No. There are no per-pool, per-technician, or per-seat fees. Unlimited technicians, office seats, customers, and properties are included.
How long does it take to switch to Tide?
About 15 minutes for most businesses. Bring the CSV or XLSX exports from your current software, and AI column mapping rebuilds your customers, service plans, and catalog. Your agents start working the same day.
Does Tide work with QuickBooks?
Yes. Tide syncs customers, invoices, payments, and catalog items to QuickBooks Online every five minutes, with a guided setup wizard, a sync health dashboard, and a durable retry queue.
