Start where you are: your existing pool service system, spreadsheets, or notes. Automated migrations are available from Skimmer and Pool Brain; you can also import your own business records. What transfers depends on the source system. Setup is self-service: you choose what to connect or import and check the results in your account. Start with the form and receive your confirmation by email. Migration timing depends on your existing system and what you import. Review history and photos, saved payment methods, outstanding balances, technician rollout, and QuickBooks reconciliation before cancelling existing service. No setup fee, no contract; the data remains the customer's.
