> A passwordless portal with Pool Health status, photo-documented visits, e-sign quotes, self-serve payments, and one-tap ratings.

Customers sign in with a magic link, see their Pool Health status with trend, and browse complete visit history with photos and readings. They can e-sign quotes and proposals, pay by card or ACH, enroll in autopay or payment plans, download invoice PDFs and statements, and message the office two-way. One-tap post-visit ratings of 4 stars or below alert the office immediately.
